What is the Creative Dial?

The Creative Dial is a visual control in OM Film Lab that lets you blend between natural and cinematic looks for your Olympus / OM System camera recipes. Drag it left for a cleaner, film-accurate result; drag it right for a more stylised, mood-driven interpretation.

A recipe doesn't look right on my camera body — what should I do?

Different Olympus and OM System bodies can render the same Art Filter or Picture Mode settings slightly differently. If you notice a discrepancy, please email us with:

• Your camera model (e.g. OM-5, E-M1 Mark III)
• The name of the recipe
• A brief description of what looks off

We use this feedback to improve recipes for every user running that body.

The app crashed or isn't loading — how do I report this?

Email us at byaptical@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are always appreciated.

How do I request a new feature or recipe?

We love hearing ideas from the community. Send your suggestions to our support email and we'll add them to our roadmap.
